Charmaine Shellman CEO of Superior 1 Consulting, L.L.C. is a well-rounded professional with a career that includes over 20 years of experience in all aspects of accounting, finance, controller, management, consulting and training to a variety of clients. Charmaine specializes in strategic business consulting along with recommending and executing a broad range of financial solutions for small businesses and non-profit organizations.
She has served as an Adjunct Accounting Instructor at the University of Phoenix and Lansing Community College as well as served as Audit Chair of the Audit Committee at CASE Credit Union where she led the committee in being responsible for ensuring that the board of directors and management of the credit union met required financial reporting objectives and established practices and procedures sufficient to safeguard members’ assets.
She earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University and Master’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan - Flint. Charmaine is passionate about serving, volunteering in the community, and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
